Iron Maiden Announces “Run For Your Lives” North American Tour for 2026

Iron Maiden has announced the North American leg of their Run For Your Lives World Tour, part of their 50th Anniversary celebrations. The band will perform in major stadiums and amphitheaters across the U.S. and Canada, bringing fans a state-of-the-art live production and a career-spanning setlist drawn from their first nine albums.
The tour also includes a headlining slot at Louder Than Life Festival in Kentucky on September 17, 2026.
Steve Harris: “We’re looking forward to bringing the show to North America”
Bassist Steve Harris said, “We can’t wait to bring this tour to North America. Fans will get to experience a massive new show and hear songs we love playing. Having our friends Megadeth on every date and Anthrax at select shows makes it even better. We had an amazing time with Anthrax on the 2016 Ed Force One tour, so it’s great to team up again.”
Bruce Dickinson: “It’s a blast playing these classics again”
Frontman Bruce Dickinson added, “This tour has been a joy. We’re performing the big ones — Hallowed Be Thy Name, Run to the Hills, The Trooper, Number of the Beast, Killers, Powerslave, and 2 Minutes to Midnight. Some haven’t been played in the U.S. for over 20 years! We’re also including epics like Rime of the Ancient Mariner and Seventh Son of a Seventh Son. You have to go big for a 50th birthday party!”
Rod Smallwood: “The 50th deserves the biggest venues”
Manager Rod Smallwood explained, “For a 50th Anniversary, this production deserves massive outdoor venues. We’ve chosen this time of year to perform under the night sky so fans can fully enjoy the visuals. Nobody will leave disappointed.”
He continued, “We’re excited for huge shows in Montréal and San Antonio, plus our headlining set at Louder Than Life. The stadiums in Los Angeles, New Jersey, and Hershey will be incredible. We’re also bringing Eddie’s Pop-up Dive Bar to North America for the first time — fans loved it in Europe, and we know it’ll be a hit here too.”
Fans can also expect the Trooper VIP Experience at all venues.
A Request to Fans
The band is again asking fans to limit phone use during concerts. “Please enjoy the show in the moment,” the statement reads. “When everyone keeps their phones down, the energy is incredible. If someone nearby ignores the request — kindly tell them to put their phone somewhere the sun doesn’t shine!”
A Historic Return
The Run For Your Lives tour marks 45 years since Iron Maiden’s first U.S. and Canadian shows on the 1981 Killer World Tour. Their return to Los Angeles on September 25 will be their 25th show in the city — a true milestone for the band and fans alike.
