How to Return an Item

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

For all other returns or exchanges, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send your items back. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories included. You can begin your return either through our website or by contacting us via email.


Important Notes

  • Customized, personalized, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • For non-defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect your return, eligible items will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. We’ll notify you by email once the refund is successfully processed.

If you have a defective item but the 30-day return window has passed, feel free to contact us—we’ll gladly explore repair or replacement options.

Please note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased during sales or promotions are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you’ll receive store credit for the return’s value. If not, the refund will go to the original buyer, who will also be informed of the return.

For non-defective returns, shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and packaging the item securely along with the original invoice.
